Today we are going to learn how to say the seasons in Korea.
Korea has four seasons -- Spring, Summer, Fall/ Autumn, and Winter.

Well, it is really beautiful in Korea in all seasons, every season has its charm.
Spring has the charms of the blooming flowers and plants where "cherry blossoms" and picnics are trending.
During Summer with its hot weather, people tend to go to beaches like in Busan.
People love to hike during the fall and during winter, there is a weird charm with the ocean, seeing its deep dark blue waves.
How do you say these seasons in Korean?
So enough with the chit chat! Let's get right on it!
S - P - R - I - N - G
You say it as 봄 (Bom)
It sounds the same as the wonderful singer from YG girl band 21, Park Bom.
There is even a famous song on it called "벚꽃엔딩 Cherry Blossom Ending by Busker Busker" which is played every spring in Korea.
The chorus "봄바람 휘날리며" starts with "봄 Bom" Spring and followed by "바람 Ba-Ram" wind so
봄바람 becomes Spring Breeze.

"봄이 왔네요"
Bomi Watneyo
The spring has come
'봄바람이 너무 좋아요"
Bom Barami neomu jo-ahyo
The spring breeze is so nice

You say it as "여름 or Yeo ru-um"
The leading character of the very famous drama "Discovery of Love" as well. It is one of the best dramas that brought so many reactions from the actual couple viewers.
To use it in a sentence
"벌써 여름이네" (Bul-Sseo Yeo ru-um e ne)
AND HERE IS AN IMPORTANT expressions
"벌써 Bul Sseo" means Already
So it means "It is already summer"
Other Expression would be "진짜 Jin Jja" which means Really
"여름은 진짜 더워"
Yeorum-un Jin Jja Dau wo"
Summer is really hot

You say it as "가을 or Ga-ul"
Here comes a matching word for Fall.
"낙엽 nak-yup" which is basically the picture above, the falling leaves.
가을 is also a common name in Korean as well.

"가을에는 낙엽이 예뻐요"

You say it as "겨울 or Gi-aw Ul"
Winter in Korea can be really cold!
Sometimes the weather goes below zero and gets colder than some regions in Russia.
The outerwear called "패딩 or padding" is necessary to keep you guys warm,
especially for people who are vulnerable to cold weather.
For example,
"겨울 날씨는 어때?"
Gi-aw Ul nal-ssi nun aw-te
How is the winter weather?
Here, 어때 means how about it, how is it
'이거 어때' Igo aw-te means
How is it, How do you like it
